DELIVERY & RETURNS
At Blue Zone, we make sure your order gets to you quickly and securely. All shipments are handled through UPS, offering fast, reliable delivery with full tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.
While we do not offer refunds, you’re welcome to exchange your item for a different size or choose a different product that better suits your needs. Just contact us, and we will be happy to facilitate any exchange, AS LONG AS ALL TAGS ARE ORIGINALLY ATTACHED, AND ITEM IS UNUSED. If you’d like any tailoring done before your order ships, just give us a call — we’re happy to help. Pant shortening is always complimentary when you purchase from us.
